The 25-year-old actress and Tom, 25, were joined by their Spider-Man: No Way Home co-stars Benedict Cumberbatch, 45, and Jacob Batalon, 25, on the ABC talk show.

Tough question: Zendaya revealed which actor was her favorite Spider-Man on Monday while appearing with boyfriend Tom Holland on Jimmy Kimmel Live

The host didn’t glean any new information from the Spider-Man: No Way Home stars and later let children ask them their own questions.

Brent, age 11, posed a question for Zendaya who looked glamorous in a silky white suit.

‘Zendaya, I was wondering who the best Spider-Man is in your opinion? Tobey Maguire, Tom Holland or Andrew Garfield, tell me what you think,’ Brent said as Zendaya started laughing.

‘I love the confidence. Yo, Zendaya, so let me tell ya…,’ Zendaya said of Brent’s delivery.

‘Listen, I’m not going to get in trouble. I’m not going to pick a favorite, but …,’ Zendaya replied as she motioned toward Tom.

Jimmy at the start of the interview admitted that he was excited about their movie and asked them if they thought it was dumb that a 54-year-old man was excited about a new Spider-Man movie.

‘I’m excited,’ said a tanned Benedict, who was wearing a mauve suit and a white shirt. ‘I haven’t seen it.’

When asked why he hasn’t seen it, Benedict said ‘because I’m excited to see it. As in, I want to have the experience with an audience. That is the great thing about what we have slowly been coming back to be able to enjoy it with a community again.’

Jimmy asked him if he did that with all his films and Benedict said ‘no, not at all.’ He said he normally didn’t have the time to see his movies, but he was going to make the time despite the fact that he was in the middle of reshoots because this was important.

Benedict confirmed to Jimmy that he was working on Dr. Strange reshoots.

Jacob, who plays Ned Leeds in the movie, said he also hadn’t seen the new sequel either.

Tom and Zendaya, plays Michele ‘MJ’ Jones in the movie, said that they had both already seen the movie twice.

Tom, wearing a grey suit and purple button down, said they watched it together once and then asked them to play it again. He added that they saw only an earlier version of the movie without all the CGI and that at the world premiere they would be seeing the whole completed movie for the first time.

‘I’m so excited for tonight,’ Tom said of the world premiere in Los Angeles.

Zendaya, who wore a white suit, gold top and white Louboutin heels, said she was also looking forward to it because they have been on a long press tour and would finally be free. Jacob said they won’t have to keep secrets anymore.

‘I’m so tired of lying,’ Tom said.

‘What have you been lying about specifically?,’ Jimmy asked as he unsuccessfully probed for details.

Good times: Tom, Zendaya, Benedict and Jacob were glad the press tour was over

Tom said that as soon as the movie finished he went snowboarding, because his contract was up and he was able to finally do things. He said he ended up getting his face bloody and made a video call with Zendaya with blood on his face.

‘I was like, ”What are you doing?”,’ said Zendaya. ‘It’s been like a week.’

‘Everyone was like wipe it off, but I was like no I look cool,’ said Tom of the blood.

Jimmy tried to get the cast to reveal other yet unnamed villains that were in the movie, but they didn’t give anything away. Tom did say it was interesting working with some of the old characters in the franchise and watching how they adapted to the way the movies are currently made.

‘Tobey Maguire, Andre Garfield, go ahead,’ Jimmy said.

Tom just clapped and said, ‘Who are they?’

Zendaya said she was interested in directing one day and revealed that she would spend as much time on set to watch how the movie was made. She said at one point that Jacob and her were told they were being distracting. She said they stayed away for a few days but when they returned they saw Jamie Foxx, 54, was hosting a dance party on set with everyone dancing distracting the crew and even getting one of their producers to dance.

Jimmy told them that he was very excited that he was going to the premiere with his 28-year-old son.
