Yungblud Shakes Up the Night With the Wild First Live Performance of “My Only Angel” as Fans Go Crazy and Start Dreaming of a Live Duet With Aerosmith

Last night, Yungblud delivered the first ever live performance of “My Only Angel”, his brand-new single with rock legends Aerosmith, and fans in the crowd were absolutely floored. The song, released September 19th, is part of their forthcoming EP One More Time, marking Aerosmith’s first batch of original music in over a decade.

Opening with a haunting piano and Steven Tyler’s soulful vocals asking, “Will you cry if I called you my angel?”, Yungblud joined him on stage to blend youth and legend in a chorus that soared. The live version added raw energy — hands in the air, fans shouting, and murmurs of disbelief when Joe Perry shredded a solo that felt like a flashback to Aerosmith’s glory days.

The track is co-written with producer Matt Schwartz and the EP will also include tracks like Problems, Wild Woman, A Thousand Days, plus a revamped version of Aerosmith’s classic Back in the Saddle.

Last night’s debut was more than just a performance — it felt like a moment. A passing of torch between rock’s past and future, leaving fans buzzing and pushing the question: is this the moment rock really wakes back up?
