Caitlin Clark was hyped like we’ve never seen her before after hitting a long-range bucket over Jacy Sheldon during the Indiana Fever’s blowout win over the Connecticut Sun on Tuesday night.

The fixture proved a feisty one as the teams scrapped with each other on a few occasions, with Sheldon at the center of it all.

Clark found herself floored at one point, with Marina Mabrey rushing in and getting involved after a tense interaction between CC and Sheldon.

The former Iowa Hawkeyes star got her revenge with a huge three to give her team a 20-point lead late in the fourth quarter, and celebrated like she hit a game-winner, in a manner that we’ve never seen the likes of, at least where she’s concerned.

The Fever won 88-71 to take their record to 6-5 and 2-0 since Caitlin Clark’s return.

She followed up Sunday’s 32-point outing with a 20-point haul, adding six assists and a rebound in 29 minutes.

It appears a fire has been lit under Clark since she suffered a quad injury last month. She might be gunning for that MVP after all.
