He owns many apartments, villas, hotels, etc. in Spain, the US and his home country of Argentina.

In 2009, Messi spent more than 2 million USD to buy an adjacent villa 25km from the capital of Catalonia. After that, Messi and his wife spent millions of dollars to renovate this place, including buying the plot of land next door because of the noise from the neighbors.
