NBA trades keep real estate brokers busy—especially in Atlanta, where power forward John Collins, of the Utah Jazz, just listed his upscale condo. Collins was picked by the Atlanta Hawks in the 2017 draft and starred for six seasons with the team. As such, he required a baller-worthy condo in Georgia’s capital. But following a trade to Salt Lake City in the summer of 2023, Collins now plays with the Jazz; and his three-bedroom home in the sky is on the market for $2.5 million.

Collins purchased the place in The Charles building in 2019 for $1,975,000. It offers luxury and privacy in the bustling Buckhead area. Perched on the 14th floor, the condo comes with skyline views that appear in the floor-to-ceiling windows when you walk through the front door. Modern lines fill the open layout, which includes a seating area, dining space, and kitchen.
Speaking of, the kitchen is gorgeous, complete with Pedini cabinets, Gaggenau appliances, and a Sub-Zero fridge. There’s also a wet bar and stunning quartz countertops with a waterfall-edge island. The main living room offers a cozy fireplace, and hardwood floors are found throughout the condo.
The primary bedroom is a beautiful nest, with a spa-inspired bath that includes a frameless shower, double sinks, and a large tub. Outside, there’s a terrace with seating, a grilling station, and more of those jaw-dropping views.

Collins got his start in college, where he played for Wake Forest. He went 19th in the 2017 NBA draft and became a dependable contributor for the Hawks. This year, the big man is averaging more than 14 points per game for the Jazz—though they’re off to a rocky 7-13 start.
