Kevin Durant is one of the NBA’s top talents, but the basketball superstar desperately wants out of his current team, the Brooklyn Nets.

Today, the 33-year-old issued an ultimatum to the team’s owner – fire both the head coach Steve Nash and general manager Bobby Marks or trade him to another team.

The Washington-born forward moved to the Nets in 2019, following two championships with the Golden State Warriors in 2017 and 2018.

He was also named league MVP with the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2014.

Although he hasn’t seen the success he wanted to with the Nets, he’s on a four-year $194 million contract with the team.

Earning that sort of money, he’s naturally been able to invest in a multitude of businesses through his company Thirty Five Ventures.

He’s also been able to amass one the most expensive car collection of any player in the NBA.

In fact, he has the eighth-most expensive garage of any athlete, valued at $4,369,741.

Believe it or not, this one car alone counts for more than half the value of Durant’s entire collection.

Worth an estimated $2.5 million, it’s been reported multiple times that Kevin Durant owns the car built to beat Ferrari at the 24 Hours of LeMans.

However, we’re yet to see any pics emerge of exactly which GT40 is his.

Standing at a claimed 6-foot-10 – but more likely closer to 7ft as he’s known to underestimate his height – we imagine KD would have a fair bit of trouble fitting in the tiny vintage racer.

More likely, then, he bought the car as an investment as it’s one of just 105 ever made.

Worth upwards of $450,000, Durant’s Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is one of the few modern supercars he has in his collection.

Powered by a 6.5-liter V12, it makes upwards of 690hp depending on which version you get.

Given LeBron James also owns one, the Aventador Roadster must be a bit of a favorite among NBA stars.

It’s no doubt one of the hottest supercars in the Kevin Durant car collection.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom is the ultimate multi-millionaire car, so it’s no wonder Kevin Durant is reported to own one.

Priced from $460,000, it comes powered by a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12.

However, being built for comfort, it’s more likely Durant would want to be riding in the back of it than up front driving.

Introduced in 2009, the Ferrari California would’ve been one of the first cars Durant bought during his NBA career after being drafted second overall by the Seattle SuperSonics in 2007.

Durant’s California is a pre-facelift model, meaning it would be powered by a glorious 4.3-liter V8 making 453hp.

When new, it was priced around $200,000.

Values today hover around the $60-80k mark.

If this doesn’t show Durant loves his cars, nothing will.

Durant owns a distinctly customized $42,500 Chevrolet Camaro SS, which is unmissable with its matte red body and matching wheels.

The car even has ‘KD’ badges applied to it.

To celebrate it, Nike even released a special ‘V8’ colorway for his KD 8 shoes.

As you’d expect, they are a matching red.

This Camaro isn’t the only American car he owns.

He also has a $76,000 Cadillac Escalade, $46,000 Lincoln Continental, and a $28,000 Jeep Wrangler.
