Tom Holland and Levon Thurman-Hawke were spotted on the set of their upcoming anthology series, The Crowded Room, on Thursday in New York City.

Both actors sported 1970’s style looks for their roles, with the Spider-Man star, 25, rocking a green and blue jacket, navy pants, and Clarks Wallabees brown suede boots.

Meanwhile Levon, 20 – who is the son of A-list actors Uma Thurman, 51, and Ethan Hawke, 51 – wore an all-denim look, featuring a light jean jacket and darker pants.

Holland – who also serves as executive producer of the series – sported a striped shirt underneath his jacket and carried a magazine in his hand. 

The Uncharted actor’s brown locks were grown out to a longer length, and styled into loose curls.

Levon’s look was finalized with a pair of checkered Vans. His blonde hair was parted in the middle and worn in a straight style.

Also on set was Sam Vartholomeos, 27, who looked cool in a burgundy windbreaker, yellow T-shirt, blue jeans and brown sneakers. 

The three actors were seen standing by an ice-cream truck, with Levon holding a pair of silver handcuffs in his hands.

Filming of the Apple TV+ series, which is based partly on the true story of Billy Milligan, a.k.a. The Campus Rapist, had begun on March 31, 2022.

Tom Holland films ‘The Crowded Room’ on New York City sidewalk

The Crowded Room ‘is an anthology series that will explore inspirational stories of those who have struggled with mental illness and learned to live successfully with it,’ according to Deadline. 

Season one, which will be 10 episodes, is based on the life of writer and producer Akiva Goldsman as well as parts of Daniel Keyes’s nonfiction novel, The Minds of Billy Milligan.

In the late 1970s, Milligan was put on trial for multiple counts of robbery, kidnapping, and rape, but he avoided going to prison by pleading insanity.

After being examined by medical professionals, it was concluded that he had more than 20 different personalities.

Milligan was the first person to be acquitted of a major crime due to his dissociative identity disorder. 

Holland is set to portray Danny Sullivan, a character based on Milligan.

Multiple Personality Disorder is a now defunct diagnosis currently known as dissociative identity disorder.

The cast also includes Emmy Rossum, who will play Danny’s mother Candy, and Amanda Seyfried, who has been cast as ‘a clinical psychologist faced with the most challenging case of her career.’ 

It is unknown when the true-crime show will be released, but it likely won’t be until 2023 at the earliest.
