The Transformers: Dark of the Moon star was joined by her doting 45-year-old boyfriend Jason and the two held hands as they walked.

The actor kept cool in a slate grey Henley shirt, a pair of tan walking shorts and flip-flops.

Jason sported a little facial stubble and also wore sunglasses.

Jason and Rosie sarted dating in April 2010 and have been living together in Los Angeles.

Rosie, who hails from Devon, England has enthused about what the city has to offer.

‘LA is geared towards healthy, outdoor living,’ she told the UK’s Daily Telegraph earlier this year. ‘My days off consist of horse-riding, surfing, being on the beach, going for great walks and swimming.’

Rosie will next star alongside Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy in the forthcoming Mad Max: Fury Road.
