The album consists of 16 tracks, including eight new songs, a remix, and seven previously released singles such as Acróstico, Out of Your League, and Copa Vacía. On Thursday, the three-time Grammy award recipient expressed gratitude for the collaborative effort in creating her 12th studio album. She credited her loyal fans, whom she endearingly referred to as her pack of shewolves, for their unwavering support throughout the process.

She further expressed, “Creating this collection of music has been a transformative journey. Each song I wrote allowed me to reconstruct myself. As I sang them, my sorrow turned into precious gems, and my openness evolved into resilience.”

Shakira’s latest Spanish album includes a total of 16 tracks, with a mix of eight fresh tunes, a remix, and seven popular singles from before – such as Acróstico, Out of Your League, Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53, TQG, Te Felicito, Copa Vacía, and El Jefe.

The Colombian contralto singer has faced numerous challenges in the recent years, notably going through a difficult breakup with her partner of 12 years, former soccer defender Gerard Piqué in 2022.

Shakira allegedly found that her boyfriend, a 37-year-old Spaniard, finished a jar of jam she disliked while she was away. He has now revealed his relationship with 25-year-old Kosmos employee Clara Chia Marti to the public.

In that very year, the songwriter nominated for the Golden Globe and Gerard reached an agreement for custody of their two sons, Milan Piqué (11 years old) and Sasha Piqué (9 years old), as shown in the picture taken on September 12th.

In November of last year, Shakira paid a total of $34 million to the government of Spain to settle unpaid taxes from different years. This payment was made to prevent the possibility of facing an eight-year prison term.

The talented artist who has been nominated for an Emmy will be vying for two awards at the upcoming 49th People’s Choice Awards – one for Female Latin Artist of the Year and the other for Collaboration Song of the Year (shared with Karol G). The awards show will be broadcast this Sunday on NBC.

Shakira has been recognized with six award nominations, including the prestigious title of artist of the year, at the upcoming 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Don’t miss the star-studded event airing on Fox on April 1st!
