The Scottish singing sensation took to social media to reply to a plea sent out by the Celtic fan’s Mum online as he prepares to go into surgery for a fourth time after being born with Cerebal Palsy.

Rory Gallacher, who has cerebral palsy, is required to undergo another operation on his knees in his bid to be able to walk which has lead to his Mum, Shauna launching a fundraiser online.

The Hoops fan has already had to undergo procedures on his legs in order to to try and help alter the effects of his condition having had ops that include altering his adductor tendons and femoral osteotomies.

The brave young lad had been told by doctors that he would never walk as a result of his diagnosis but he and his Mum are determined to prove them wrong.

In a social media post promoting Rory’s Go Fund Me page, she said: “Rory’s looking for his #CelticFamily to follow him! Doctors said he would NEVER WALK !

“He’s going to prove them WRONG !!!!!

“If you like to stay in touch with RORY please hit FOLLOW Lots of love SHAUNA & RORY”

This lead to the ‘Someone you loved’ star to give a message of encouragement in reply to his fellow Celtic fan.

His message read: “Go on Rory lad!!! x”

The singer had Celtic fans up in arms after singing a popular club anthem in front of a packed out 02 Arena in London.

He was bantering with the audience in-between songs when he claimed ‘he wasn’t even playing the piano,’ despite being sat on one in the stage.

After the concert, Rory finally got to meet Lewis backstage. The moment was filled with laughter, hugs, and wide-eyed amazement as Rory shared his story and Lewis listened intently, offering words of encouragement and admiration. It was a meeting that neither would forget — a reminder of courage, connection, and the way a single gesture can light up someone’s world.
