The Hunger Games star went for a gothic look on the red carpet in a black, high neck Christian Dior dress with a sheer bodice, which she teamed with smoky eye make-up and bright red lipstick, but a number of photos from the event appear to show Lawrence glaring at the cameras – and it’s all because she was more than a little tipsy.

The 27-year-old had been filming various TV talk show appearances in the hours leading up to the premiere, joining presenter Andy Cohen on his famously-boozy Watch What Happens Live set, before heading to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where she downed shots of rum with the comedian.

Reuniting with Cohen for a chat on his Sirius XM radio show on Wednesday (28Feb18), Jennifer admitted she was in bad shape by the time she arrived for the movie launch.

“I did get drunk at your thing (Watch What Happens Live),” she told Cohen. “Can we look at the premiere photos please? I looked like I had electroshock therapy.”

“In my head, I was like, ‘I’m a goth queen,'” Jennifer explained of her mindset at the event, “but I looked like a goth queen on crack!”

Poking fun at the serious look on her face throughout the red carpet walk, she joked, “My eyes were like, ‘I’m not drunk!'”

During her interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jennifer kicked off her high heels as she got comfortable on the couch, and brazenly declared “haters” were not welcome at screenings of her spy thriller Red Sparrow, which has received less-than-positive reviews from critics.

“It’s entertaining. Don’t put any political weight on it,” she said. “Like, if you’re like a typical hater and you have a blog, don’t go! You’re officially totally uninvited. I would like to officially un-invite all my haters to go see Red Sparrow.”
