Inside Lionel Messi’s £23 Million Real Estate Empire: PSG Star Owning Mansions In Barcelona, Ibiza, And Miami

Messi’s £23 Million Real Estate Empire: Luxury Homes in Barcelona, Ibiza, and Miami

Lionel Messi, the renowned PSG star, has built an impressive real estate empire worth £23 million.

In one of his rooms, Messi proudly displays a collection of memorabilia from opposing players, showcasing his respect for the game.

His family, including his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and their three children, also enjoy a lavish living space. The living room features a mini football field, a swimming pool, an indoor gym, and even a playground for the kids.

Messi’s close friend, Luis Suarez, who used to live nearby, adds to the delightful company. Whether Suarez retained the property or sold it upon his departure to Paris remains unknown, but it is valued at £5.5 million.

In 2020, Messi expanded his horizons to the United States by investing £5 million in a grand apartment in Miami. This move sparked speculation about a potential future in the MLS, particularly with David Beckham’s Inter Miami.

The marvelous property, located in Sunny Isles Beach, offers stunning ocean views and spans 511 square meters of interior space. The luxury condominium boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 360-degree vistas of Miami’s breathtaking skyline.

Additionally, it features a 1,000-bottle wine cellar and access to six communal pools. Amenities like a spa, gym, yoga studio, children’s play area, and champagne bar complete the opulent complex.

Furthermore, Messi’s private chef ensures residents can indulge their palates before venturing into the extensive wine cellar. However, reports suggest that Messi put the property up for sale last year.

In Ibiza, Messi added a £9.5 million vacation home to his collection, complementing his existing hotel on the island. Unfortunately, the mansion has encountered planning issues and lacks a certificate of occupancy.

Certain rooms, not included in the original plans, may require demolition. Messi hopes the construction work will be completed by the next summer, as he enjoys spending time in Ibiza during the off-season.

Returning to his roots in Rosario, Argentina, Messi invested £3 million in a mansion called ‘Fortaleza’ on the outskirts of his hometown. This enormous property consists of three adjacent lots within a gated community.

It features a massive cinema, a fully-equipped gym, and a 15-car garage, perfect for housing Messi’s extensive car collection. According to Argentine media, the house boasts 20 to 25 bedrooms and a top-floor game room spanning the entire floor.

While staying in his Argentine home, Messi enjoys the company of his beautiful wife, Antonela. Visitors will also find a giant mural on the back wall, depicting Messi wearing his iconic number 10 jersey for the Argentine national team.

Allegedly, Messi’s father, Jorge, played a significant role in designing the property, allowing his son to focus on his football career.

It seems that Messi has created his ideal living spaces, each reflecting his passion for football, family, and luxury
