But we were just in Chicago, had a few sponsor meetings out there, and then we decided to come out here to Hayden’s pro motocross race.

We’re on our second leg right now, second leg of four.

We got a long trip ahead of us.

After we’re done here at Redwood watching Hayden, we’re gonna be headed down to Lincoln Illinois, because Chase is going to be racing a down there and that will be tomorrow.

And then from there we are going to be heading to Sandusky Ohio, which is a seven hour drive.

I’m gonna go sit in my Mid-Ohio truck.

But we are now completing our third leg of the journey.

We made it here to Angel Park Speedway in Wisconsin.

We’ve been in a bunch of different states the last couple days.

But Chase is racing tonight, his first race.

So I’m super excited.

I’m super excited.

I’ll be at hands first, win, maybe a Chase’s first race.

I’m just, I’m the, I don’t know the, the race sister and race life this weekend, and then we’re gonna go back to my Race shop

And I’ll be the racer again.

So, uh, this this leg of the Journey’s just getting started.

I’m kind of coming into this race with like open expectation.

I’ve never run a before.

My buddy Dalton has, uh, two cars, but we’ve been talking about running his second one with me in it for a long time.

So finally it’s coming to fruition and I’m pretty excited.

I’m just gonna go into it, something I’ve never done before.

It’s different than what the micro sprint which you guys normally see, that we race at Millbridge.

So this is a whole new thing for me.

I don’t think we even get practice.

I think we just roll straight into qualifying, which kind of sets up your whole night.

So it’s going to be, uh, it’s gonna be a quick, tough task to try to learn to be able to have a decent night.

But if we could just make the show- I think there’s probably about 35, 40 cars- it’d be a solid night, all right, did great.

He is 14th in qualifying.

There’s 36 cars here, and so it’s it’s tough.

It’s really tough.

I’m watching out there.

I’m like damn.

So there’s some really good guys and good cars here, but it’s awesome.

I’m having so much fun.

I’m, I’m a talented race wife.

Okay, I, I’m over here pushing on the quad.

Our quad doesn’t have much prepper, but we’re making it up all the hills.

I’m kicking it up, but it’s I’m having a blast.

Yeah, I know it’s hard.

It’s definitely hard.

It’s hard to learn a track and a car at the same time.

You don’t know where any of the inputs go.

And I was terrible in hot lapse.

I got better and qualifying.

So we were like 14th click.

I start fourth in my heat and five transfers.

So if I can make the show be good, um, who knows foreign.

So in qualifying it was super slick.

So we did everything to make it have dry, then tighten it up and then, right there in the heat, they just reworked the track.

So it was like we were super soft on the right way and the thing was like boom.

Dallas turned it over down the straightaway one time.

It was gnarly.

It was gnarly like the way it would bite when it, when it didn’t bite and you were right on the bottom and the Slick, it was fine, but the moment it bit, it would sit on the left rear and go: Yeah, it was gnarly.

Darling made it too.

Wow, we’re in hell.

Yeah, I was, I’ve accomplished my goal.

I made the show.

Now now we start 11th.

Just roll from there, see how it goes.

Whatever happens happens, whatever happens happens.
