Riley Green‘s character within the hit song “You Look Like You Love Me” may think Ella Langley‘s character is “the prettiest thing [he’s] ever seen in a pair of boots,” but how about the most adorable?
That’s where seven-year-old Cecilia comes in, getting her birthday wish and more as she took the stage during Ella Langley’s set on Sunday, June 22, at the Barefoot Country Music Fest.
Joined by Riley Green, Ella was able to perform her hit duet “You Look Like You Love Me” as she recorded it, but the country singer had something else in mind as she invited little Cecilia to join them on stage.

How a young fan like Cecilia and Ella Langley wound up on stage together is a story for the internet age, with the then-six-year-old’s mother, Ally, sharing a TikTok video of her daughter singing the song over a snack.
The June 5 video caught the attention of Ella, who commented, “I’m obsessed with her.”
To this, Ally replied, “You just made her dayyyyy.”
Then, a few days later, Ally shared a video of herself saying she was hoping to get Ella to send a “happy birthday” video to her daughter.
Instead, they got to meet Ella in person, and Cecilia even got to sing on stage with the “You Look Like You Love Me” duo.
“You Look Like You Love Me” was released on June 21, 2024, so the June 22 performance at the Barefoot Country Music Fest was a significant milestone for the song. Coming off the heels of winning the CMA award for Country Musical Event of the Year, as well as the ACM awards for Single of the Year, Visual Media of the Year, and Music Event of the Year, the song has been certified platinum by RIAA twice.
As the song ended, Ella encouraged Cecilia, saying, “Get it, girl.”
Responding to the video of “Miss Cecilia” singing with them at Barefoot Country Music Fest, Riley wrote, “Stole the show.”
In the comments, Noah Cyrus, the youngest child of Billy Ray Cyrus, also said, “This is the cutest thing.”
