NFL Quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Lavon Mahomes II, has taken the world of sports by storm since 2017. Why 2017? Well, that’s when the now-famous Patrick Mahomes draft took place where he was the tenth overall pick by the Chiefs. In 2020, he went on to lead the Chiefs to their first Super Bowl win in 50 years, where they defeated the 49ers. In 2020, Patrick Mahomes got a steal of a deal when he purchased this stunning 8,000 square foot brick mansion for $3.37 – a whopping $890,000 less than asking!

The home was purchased by Mahomes from the estate of late San Diego Charger’s player, Andrew Gissinger III.

This house is just one giant WOW factor! Between the massive formal living room boasting a modern fireplace and family room, the spacious kitchen with oversized marble island, and the formal dining with access to the patio – the luxury is never-ending.

The home was built in 2014 and boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms – including the stunning master bedroom that overlooks the pool and the ensuite. The master’s ensuite (Aka the dream bathroom) features an infinity tub, double vanities, and a walk-through shower and dressing space.

The second floor plays host to some of the other bedrooms as well as a private loft accessed via a spiral staircase.

In its original listing, this mansion was called an “Entertainer’s paradise” and honestly that’s an understatement. This estate features a huge covered porch, multiple outdoor lounge areas, a BBQ station, firepit area, spa, and a swimming pool.

Oh, and if all the above-mentioned amenities aren’t enough to keep Mahomes entertained, the property is only a short distance from Vaquero golf course. You can actually see the course from the house!

In 2020, Mahomes purchased a vacant 8-acres of land in Belton, Missouri. According to NY Post, Patrick made the purchase through an LLC, though details on whether he paid the $400,000 original asking price are unknown.

By 2021, Patrick had a brand-new 4 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom home built on the property! Little is known about the home’s interior, though aerials show that Mahomes has added quite a few luxury amenities – including a swimming pool, private pond, golf course, and a 50-yard football field.

The property, located only 1.5 hours from Kansas City, is currently estimated to be worth over a million as of 2023.

Just 1 week after winning Super Bowl 2020, Patrick Mahomes purchased this 4,343 square foot ranch-style home. Patrick Mahomes new house, which he paid the previous owners, prominent florist Dan Meiners and businessman David Brinkerhoff, $1.9 million for sits mere feet from the Kansas/Missouri Stateline and the well-known Mission Hills Country Club.

The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is marvelously well-renovated, keeping the old charm it was built in 1953) but now with a contemporary flair. According to the listing details, the rooms are massive, with tall ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a 1,250 square foot master suite boasting a large ensuite bath with a soaking tub, and a flex space likely used as an in-home gym for Mahomes. Oh, and a shoe closet that holds over 180 pairs that he showed off in an episode of Sneaker Closet!

There’s also a huge family room that features a stone-faced fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the grounds!

The grandeur of Patrick Mahomes home extends to the outdoors, too. The home sits on estate worthy property that’s just shy of 1.5 acres. Extensive landscaping, large patios, and a massive screened-in porch complete the backyard, where there is of course a swimming pool and hot tub.

Mahomes listed the property in early June 2023 for $2.9 million and would go on to sell it later that month for an undisclosed amount.

About 6 months after signing his four-year deal with the Chiefs, Mahomes purchased this 1,800 square foot penthouse in Kansas City for a rumored $475,000. The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit came with private rooftop terraces, a private 2 car garage, and a short drive to the stadium where he plays.

The interior features an open floorplan – boasting a spacious living room with a large fireplace, a kitchen with wood cabinets and dark countertops, and a small dining space.

The master suite also features a fireplace and a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that overlooks the rooftop. For those looking for some fresh air, the penthouse also offers a large balcony with a view of the city beyond.

After buying the home we showed you above, he listed this unit for $485,000 in August 2019. However, after months of no movement, the listing was removed from the MLS in March 2020. As of 2023, property records indicate the penthouse is pending sale for $550,000.
