Getting all those presents up will be a simple task.

It’s the holiday season, which should make you happy, but most people don’t normally associate the holidays with going to the gym and getting huge gains. Personally, I like to curl up on the couch with a plate of snacks and watch the best Christmas movies.

 But I suppose “Santa Claus” and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson are constructed differently. The actor and Kris Kringle posted a video of an intensive exercise on social media, and it appears like Old “swole as fuck” St. Nick may have trouble getting those muscles down the chimney this year. 

As fans eagerly await the release of his next Christmas film, Red One, on Prime Video, Dwayne Johnson is honing his physique at the gym with “Santa Claus.” The man with the beard is actually Mike Ryan, a famous trainer, and the real Santa could really use his help carrying all those presents.

It seems that The Rock has moved past using his kid as a weight for bicep curls and is returning to his intense gym routine to end 2023. He’s obviously not doing the most and taking things easy. But what’s even more amazing is seeing Mike Ryan standing right next to him and holding his own. I wish I had the drive and dedication to follow someone’s exercise regimen, but anyone who can work out with Dwayne Johnson and make his enormous legs appear normal-sized has my kind of training regimen. After rejoining the WWE earlier this year, The Great One has yet to confirm whether or not he will attend WrestleMania 40. He recently uploaded another video of himself working out with “Santa.” Watch the video below, which is still amazing without the narrative: It never occurred to me that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was a Boston fan, but now that I think about it, I’d really want to see him in a ridiculously dramatic action scene with “Foreplay/Long Time” playing in the background. I, along with possibly a few others, would definitely like to witness such a scene during the holiday season.It is understandable that the A-list actor would like to close out the year with a bang. .This is due to the fact that Dwayne Johnson has a ton of films scheduled for release in 2024 and beyond. Maintaining those toned muscles will make filming lot easier, particularly for Fast & Furious 11. Hopefully, he can have some fun and indulge in a few cookies during the holidays. Santa, for heaven’s sake, will, which may be why, after devouring the confections left by billions of kids, he’d need Mike Ryan’s exercise regimen. Red One is reportedly still scheduled for distribution on Prime Video in 2023 as a new film. But with Christmas rapidly approaching, one must wonder when it will be released. In any case, the movie’s star will probably continue working out in the interim, so you might as well follow him on social media to be updated on both that and the eventual release of his Christmas movie.
