The controversial moment of the match came in the 13th minute, when an Al Riyadh defender blocked Cristiano Ronaldoโs shot on the line with his hand.
To everyoneโs surprise and after viewing the play on the monitor, the referee failed to award a penalty.
Cristiano Ronaldo, visibly angry with the decision, stepped up and scored the first goal in the 32nd minute, thanks to a superb cross from Sadio Mane.
Shortly before, Campana, the visiting goalkeeper, had made a superb save to keep out the Portugueseโs first attempt. On this occasion, he could do nothing to prevent Al Nassr taking a 1-0 lead.

In the second half, Anderson Talisca decided to pick up the reins for Al Nassr and scored twice to seal victory for the home side.
For the first, the Brazilian capitalized on some great play from Sadio Mane to score. Then for the fourth, Anderson Talisca headed home just before the final whistle.
In between the two goals, Al Riyadh scored the consolation goal thanks to a superb assist from substitute Juanmi, who was one of the visitorsโ best performers. The goal was scored by Andre Gray.
