Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to start 2024 in the best way possible, treating himself to an ultra-luxury villa in one of the most exclusive – and expensive – areas of Dubai: Jumeirah Bay. Nobody knows the real value of the new Cr7 maison but it is certain that it costs several tens of millions of euros.
2023 left us with Cristiano Ronaldo once again king of the bombers and 2024 opens again under the banner of the Portuguese phenomenon but this time for non-sporting “merits” . In fact, his latest record-breaking achievement away from the football fields is making the rounds on the web: an imposing maison, a mega villa purchased in Jumeirah Bay, better known as the ‘Billionaires’ Island’ of Dubai with an almost incalculable value, not less than tens of millions of euros.
Jumeirah Bay. The name is enough to daydream because it is the place of dreams that has become reality since last 2021, when an exclusive artificial island was built on the long coast of Dubai, reachable only via a very long 500 meter bridge and which only features ultra-luxury resorts and terraced megavillas surrounded by greenery with every possible comfort. It is no coincidence, therefore, that Jumeirah Bay is simply better known by its unmistakable nickname: Billionaires’ Island.
Billionaires’ Island on the outskirts of Dubai, with the classic seahorse shape: it was designed during the Pandemic
It couldn’t fail to include, among its residents, one of the most iconic, very strong, well-known and richest footballers: Cristiano Ronaldo. That he has decided to start his 2024 in the best possible way, giving himself and his family a maison whose value is currently inestimable given that all we know is that it will cost several tens of millions of euros. Not much for the Portuguese champion who plays in Arabia and has an Arabian Nights contract as well as living off his income from his various entrepreneurial activities which range from real estate to clothing, shoes and perfume lines.

According to Bloomberg, the Portuguese superstar has purchased a villa on the island that is home only to the super rich, and will live there in the first months of 2024. He will become one of the excluded residents that the island already has among tycoons from all over the world, especially Saudis, Israelis, Indians and Russians. With a density of wealth per square kilometer that no other part of the world can currently boast. Only something is known about the value of his villas through rumours.

When it was designed – during the period of the pandemic – the builder had revealed that the maisons should have been sold for a total value of almost 600 million euros, with an average of 40 million per property . The seahorse-shaped island also boasts several fine restaurants, a yacht club and an ultra-luxury beach resort, while directly overlooking the open sea and the famous Burj Khalifa building. Each villa measures between 1,800 and 4 thousand meters, surrounded by enormous green spaces.
