Angelina Jolie’s tattoo artist apologizes for ‘stress’ caused by Brad Pitt ink speculation

The secret behind Angelina Jolie’s mysterious hand tattoos have finally been unveiled, and it turns out that they are not related to Brad Pitt at all. Tattoo artist, Mr. K, recently shared a detailed view of the “Maleficent” star’s new ink and apologized for the commotion it caused.

Recently, a blurred-out photo was posted by Mr. K on Instagram, teasing the new tattoos on Jolie’s middle fingers. Fans have been speculating that the design could be a message to Jolie’s ex-husband Brad Pitt, with whom she has been involved in legal battles since their divorce in 2019. However, on Wednesday, Mr. K denied any connection between the tattoos and the “Fight Club” star. On Thursday, he posted a clear picture of the artwork on Instagram and explained its meaning while apologizing to Jolie for any stress caused by speculations.

Renowned tattoo artist Mr. K recently shared a photo of Angelina Jolie’s tattoos on Instagram and expressed his apologies for causing the celebrity unnecessary stress. Although Jolie has yet to comment on the matter, paparazzi photos from Sunday show her proudly displaying her tattoos. According to Mr. K, one of her tattoos represents two daggers in a geometric abstract style and is not related to religion or Christianity, despite any possible connection to her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

On Sunday, photos taken by paparazzi revealed that the actress from “Salt” was flaunting her fresh tattoos. Mr. K received support from fans in the comments section, with one expressing that it is unfortunate people feel compelled to apologize for everything these days. The person added that Mr. K did not mean any harm or disrespect and commended him for his exceptional work. What are your thoughts? Share them in the comment section.

Earlier, Mr. K shared a picture of the tattoos but it was not clear enough which caused his followers to make assumptions about the design. The post was made on his Instagram account under the handle name @mr.k_tattoo.

The celebrity made a promise to herself that she wouldn’t tattoo another man’s name on her body after having her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton’s name removed from her arm. A photo of Jolie without a new tattoo sparked some negative comments from people online, but others defended her, stating that the media would likely twist the situation and claim she wants to be with Brad again. Although Jolie has not addressed the situation, she has mentioned in the past her fascination with knives.

Back in 2008, Jolie shared with W magazine that her mother took her to buy her first set of daggers when she was only 11 or 12 years old. She also mentioned that she had already bought a set for her son Maddox when he was just 7 years old.

Even though Jolie’s recent artwork doesn’t seem to have any relation to her former partner, she still has some permanent reminders of Pitt on her skin. Along with matching quotes from the poet Rumi, the couple also got coordinating Buddhist tattoos using the same ink to represent their connection.
