Sinclair is the 7-year-old daughter of one Vin Diesel. You may remember him from such films as “The Fast and the Furious,” “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift,” “Fast Furious,” “Fast Five,” “Furious 6” and … well, you get the point.

Anyhow, Sinclair is now receiving Judo lessons from undefeated mixed martial artist Ronda Rousey, whom Diesel met on the set of — what else — “Furious 7.” Here’s how Diesel explains the genesis of this gloriousness to celebrity website WENN:

“First of all I feel sorry for anyone that has to (date her). I wouldn’t want that on my worst enemy because I’m just that kind of dad.

“I’ve been thinking about this since the day I cut the umbilical cord and because of that I made a decision early on that I was going to do everything in my power to empower her to handle it herself.

“Because of her ‘auntie’ Ronda Rousey she is now an orange belt with stripes in Judo. I’m dealing with it early. I’m creating a beast and I want her to be able to say no means no.”

Beyond Diesel’s cliche overprotective dad speak — and who’s more intimidating for someday suitors than Vincent Diesel, star of shoulda-been Oscar nominee “The Pacifier” — it’s pretty awesome that he’s empowering his daughter at a young age. And who better to empower Sinclair than Rousey, a 2008 Olympic bronze medalist in women’s Judo.
