Game On: Cựu vua Peja Stojakovic liệt kê bất động sản Sacramento với giá 3,5 triệu USD

Retired NBA star Peja Stojakovic has acquired a taste for a game off the court: real estate. The former Sacramento King, who now works for the team in the front of the office, has placed his Sacramento, CA, home on the market for $3.5 million.

The 1.06-acre property was purchased in 2016 for $3,125,000, according to property records. Is the former small forward turning into a big-time home flipper?

Whatever his reason for putting the place on the market, the three-time All Star certainly has an all-star house.

Built in 2005, the spacious 6,805-square-foot estate features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-baths. Luxe details include a grand foyer, dining room, and an open layout that includes a family room and adjacent eat-in kitchen with large island. The living room features high ceilings with exposed beams. French doors lead out to a covered living area with kitchen and fireplace. The backyard boasts both a pool and tennis court.

This isn’t Peja’s first real estate rodeo. He placed a Miami mansion on the market in 2015 for $8.9 million. Even after cutting the price to $7.65 million, he has yet to score a buyer.

Along with the Kings, the Croatian star had stints with the Indiana Pacers, New Orleans Hornets—and won a NBA championship with the Dallas Mavericks. After 13 seasons in the league, he retired in 2011.
