Brittany Mahomes celebrated her 29th birthday with a lavish party that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were not invited to.

The wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been in the headlines recently for more negative reasons than what she is accustomed to, and it seems some changes are happening in her personal life.

Brittany is currently pregnant with her third child and she shared some photos from the intimate looming birthday party which Patrick was present for.

Brittany was seen in the pictures were two of her friends and her ‘lover’ Patrick, so it seems that the party was a bit too small for Swift and Kelce to have made the cut.

“Birthday dinner with my girlies and my lover,” Brittany wrote in her caption.

A strained relationship

Swift and Brittany have reportedly taken steps to protect their friendship amid speculation that political differences could strain their relationship.

The concerns surfaced after Brittany was criticized for liking several social media posts supporting Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate, which seemingly contrasted with the views of Taylor.

However, according to a source who spoke to DailyMail.com, the two friends have agreed to avoid discussing politics to prevent any potential conflicts.

The insider mentioned that Brittany was particularly careful to honor this agreement during a recent party Taylor hosted at her Rhode Island mansion for Blake Lively, choosing not to bring up any political topics.

“Taylor is not going to be written into this anti-Brittany narrative because they have made a pact to not discuss politics,” they said.

“They both know it can tear apart friendships and they respect that they have different views.

“It was an unspoken rule for everyone to avoid politics at Taylor’s home in Rhode Island. The topic was off limits.

“It is not only Taylor who has not spoken out in strong support for either candidate, but Travis as well. They know how much influence they have.”
