Jay-Z was a proud dad at the 2024 Super Bowl.
The rapper was seen taking photos of his daughter Blue Ivy Carter, 12, on the sidelines of Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nev., on Sunday ahead of the NFL championship game.
The preteen stood on the field and struck pose after pose as her doting father, 54, documented her every move, including when she jumped up in the air with her arms and legs flailing about.
It appears Blue was recreating the same shot she took at the 2020 Super Bowl.
At one point, Jay-Z even crouched down to the ground in order to capture multiple angles of his eldest child.
He also made sure to show her the images on his phone after the fact.
For the big game — during which the Kansas City Chiefs took on the San Francisco 49ers — Blue sported a letterman jacket atop baggy, cargo-style jeans. She completed her look with color-blocked sneakers and styled her hair in long braids.
The musician, for his part, rocked a graffiti-inspired leather jacket, black joggers tucked into white socks and kicks, a black beanie and matching sunglasses.
The duo were joined by Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s other daughter, 6-year-old Rumi Carter, who watched as the former took on the role of Instagram dad.
Rumi — whose twin brother, Sir Carter, was not with them — smiled and chatted with her big sis and the Grammy winner after the sweet photo shoot.
The little girl looked adorable in an all-black ensemble comprised of boots, tights, a pleaded skirt and a leather jacket. She wore her hair in high pigtails and held a doll in her hands.
It’s been a father-daughter-filled week for Jay-Z and Blue, who accompanied the “99 Problems” hitmaker onstage at last weekend’s 2024 Grammys as he accepted the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award.
“I used to say this was a sippy cup for Blue, but Blue’s grown now,” Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, said into the mic, referring to his 2014 acceptance speech. “She doesn’t take sippy cups and has her own Grammy!”
