With pride, Dwyane Wade is enamored with his daughter Kaavia James. The retired NBA player was accompanied by the youngest member of the Wade-Union family as he and representatives from his production company, 59th and Prairie Entertainment, went to the Los Angeles Rams vs. Cleveland Browns home game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood on December 3.
Wade was wearing a white long sleeve shirt, a pink beanie, and pink sweatpants. His little girl was wearing all white with bright pink accents on her Princess Tianna top. The former athlete posted numerous images to his Instagram Story showing the 5-year-old and him matching each other’s joyful enthusiasm on game day.
The two look amused as they smile for a selfie in one picture. In another, they served up identical looks by forming duck lips, but Kaavia gave her pose some flare by raising her hand and giving the peace sign to the camera.
Wade also caught a sweet moment in which Gabrielle Union’s daughter was seen putting lip gloss on her father’s puckered lips. The movie was captioned, “I love being a Girl Dad!” by him. The 41-year-old and Kaavia, who is occupying a booster seat, perform a father-daughter duet of the South Korean group BTS’s smаsh song “Butter” in another post.
As the photos were circulated on social media, the priceless moments sparked a wave of responses. Wade’s use of the term “girl dad,” which gained popularity when Kobe Bryant self-deprecatingly called himself one, offended someone.
