Dazzling in White: Jennifer Lawrence Radiates Elegance in Sheer Gown en Route to No Hard Feelings Afterparty in NYC

Jennifer Lawrence looked incredible as she headed to the No Hard Feelings afterparty following itโ€™s star-studded premiere in NYC on Tuesday.

The actress, 32, who had taken to the red carpet earlier in the evening, turned heads in a gorgeous, chic white gown.

The figure-hugging frock featured sheer panels and teased a glimpse of her long-toned legs as she strutted her stuff to the event at Harryโ€™s Table.

The mother-of-one, who plays Maddie in the movie, completed the look with a gold clutch and matched the colour perfectly to her heels.

Jennifer sported a radiant palette of make-up complete with smokey eye and styled her glossy blonde tresses poker straight.

Jennifer had the support of her parents at the premiere of her new movie, Throw in Lincoln Square.

The Hunger Games star, who has spoken in the past about her differences with her conservative family, brought her parents Karen and Gary Lawrence to the premiere of her racy new ๐“ˆโ„ฏ๐“ comedy.

Her ribald, rollicking feature stars Jennifer as a cash-strapped woman named Maddie who falls on such rocky times that she finds herself trying to seduce a 19-year-old boy for pay.

She arrived at the premiere in a sumptuous white gown that fell beguilingly off the shoulder at one side and was designed to somewhat resemble a toga.

As seen in a trailer for the film, Jenniferโ€™s character Maddie finds herself in such dire financial straits that she is on the brink of losing her late motherโ€™s house.

She throws herself on the mercy of a rich pair of New Age โ€˜helicopter parentsโ€™ played by Broadway stars Laura Benanti and Matthew Broderick.

Percy, their geeky teenage son played by Andrew Feldman, is about to go to college after having been cosseted his whole life, never breaking the rules.

The couple offers Maddie a car in exchange for a heavyweight favor โ€“ she must seduce Percy before he leaves for Princeton in the autumn.

No Hard Feelings then launches into her increasingly desperate attempts to get Percy into bed, including a nighttime skinny dipping excursion, taking him out to drink underage and even playfully trying to kidnap him.

As she swanned about the movieโ€™s premiere at Lincoln Center this Tuesday, she enjoyed an uproarious laugh and a warm hug with her 21-year-old co-star Andrew.

Jennifer also posed up a storm on the red carpet with her flesh-flashing co-star Natalie Morales, who plays one of Maddieโ€™s close friends, and their dashing director Gene Stupnitsky of Good Boys fame.

It comes after Jennifer made the outrageous claim that her mother Karen once sold her toilet on Craigslist.

She said in an interview published by People that her toilet was purchased by Lee Eisenberg, the producing partner of her No Hard Feelings director Gene Stupnitsky.

โ€˜Years ago, Lee Eisenberg bought a toilet on Craigslist from my mom [Karen]. My toilet,โ€™ Lawrence claimed to People.

The Oscar-winning actress visibly waffled when asked for more details of the alleged sale, shrugging: โ€˜I donโ€™t know. Iโ€™m like, โ€I broke it.โ€ My mom sold it for me.โ€™

Eisenberg, 46, rushed to respond on Instagram and said Lawrenceโ€™s story was โ€˜completely untrueโ€™ in a post that featured an image of the People headline.

โ€˜Itโ€™s a thrill to be a part of the cultural conversation. Iโ€™ve never bought Jennifer Lawrenceโ€™s old toilets, but maybe this will open the door,โ€™ Eisenberg wrote in the caption for his roughly 4,300 followers.

Lawrence was raised in Louisville, Kentucky, by mom Karen, who ran a day camp, and her father Gary, a construction company owner.
